Sunshine completely misrepresents itself as a full service moving co. It is anything but and is incredibly sketchy

Sunshine Vanline engages in deceptive marketing by positioning itself as a "full service moving company" with reliable customer service but in my recent experience is anything but... After roping you in with an attractive quote from a sweet talking girl and then taking a deposit from you, thats where the pain begins... in my particular experience all they did was outsource my out of state move from FL to NY to a low cost provider. When I called Sunshine to coordinate my NY move in, I was then told to deal with their "dispatcher"... Then once i had a date set, the driver of the moving co. Then called me to inform me of an additional $350 charge to NYC, even though the original binding quote was specifically to NYC and mentioned by me many times... When I called the Sunshine crew to contest this charge, they were the most unhelpful people i have ever dealt with. They told me to call the "dispatcher" and argue it to him. After multiple calls to Sunshine, they never once returned my calls... I kept calling and had to re-explain this bogus charge to multiple people to no avail... No manager even existed there to talk to..

Finally, by some miracle, the dispatcher agreed to not charge me...
The day of the move, this "outsourced company", NOT Sunshine Vanline, delivered my stuff which in itself was a disaster... They were supposed to come by 10am and literally showed up at 3pm. The first few items taken off the truck werent even mine. They made me pay upfront before they even took one item up to my apartment... I had no choice. The crew didnt speak any English. Out of some miracle, all my stuff made it to my apartment, of course with a few pieces damaged...

In sum, how can Sunshine Vanline on their website market themselves as a "full service moving company"? It appears that all they are is a moving BROKER... It is pure deception... And the moving company that does the job could care less about building any brand loyalty, they just want to get paid for the moving job... I hope others read this and I help them avoid the disaster I went thru...
