Sunshine Delivering Inc. Falsely inflated price after taking possession of property. Demanded cash to deliver goods, made threats and used foul language

I had two options of payment: by weight or cubic feet. I chose weight. It was originally estimated at 3500lbs for $1,510.60. I was assured if the amount was less there would be an adjustment. There was not. My property was in a POD. It was weighed=2900lbs I have dity weight tickets. The POD is 808 cubic feet and was half full. The packer showed up a day late and after the PODS warehouse closed but he was still able to retrieve my property. After my property was loaded, I r'cvd a call from Sunshine Van Line packing supervisor. He said "Your stuff is all loaded, it took up 1300 cubic feet but Tony (packer) said you were a nice lady so I'm only gonna chg you for 1100. Your new total is $4,280.00. I'm not gonna chg you for any boxes. That has to be paid in cash on delivery". Most of my stuff was packed. The chairs and bar stools were not. That is what they boxed up. I could not reach a supervisor (Rami) for 4 days.By then I was in tears. Rami said "if you cry, I'll hang up. You're not my mother, you're not my sister, you're not my family, if you cry, I'll hang up". He threatened to send my stuff back to NH if I did not pay additional money. I talked him down to $3,100.00. I had no choice but to comply. The delivery date was changed 3x. Sat Dec 5 was the last one. Sat came and went, no delivery, no call. Sun morn I r'cvd a call from the driver. He apologized he could not call. He said he was arrested at a weigh station in San Diego County on Fri, for a suspended drivers license. He showed up later that day alone. No weight ticket. An empty inventory list. Damaged and missing property. I called my brother and boss for help. I even helped. I actually got into the trailer. I asked him about the space my property was in. Some of section 11,12, 13 and 14. Each 170 cubic feet. He said "your stuff only took up 700 cubic feet but don't tell them I'll lose my job". I have tried to talk to Sunshine to resolve this but I have been verbally abused and hung up on. The last time I spoke to Rami I asked for the cash back I gave his company on delivery, he said "You're f. N crazy You're a f. N b. Tch". Then hung up.

I spent 17 stressful days and 16 sleepless nights while they had my property. I could hardly eat. And to add insult to injury, my left arm still hurts from moving day. Although I am not certain at one time that day I suffered the injury to it, I know I never should have had to get in that trailer and move some of my stuff. I paid for that. The price also included dissasemble and assemble of property. It was already dissasembled before it was put into the POD. The driver did not stick around long enough to assemble anything.

I have documents and witnesses to back up all my claims.
