I initiated service with Verizon 7/27/09. That day, I was asked to pay a 125.00 deposit, which I did. It was understood that I would get that back when/if I terminated service. My service started on 8/3/09. I terminated service on 2/1/10. To date, I am STILL waiting on my deposit. I have made at least 12 calls to customer service. I have had 2 live chat conversations and STILL, I have yet to receive my money. No one can tell me why. At least 3 reps have stated it would be sent - ('I'll make sure it's processed and sent today!'). I won't go away until I get my money.
