Jeff Creef installed roof shingles for me and did a very poor job and refused to stand behind his work. There were two dormers on the front of the house and the courses of shingles did not line up at the top of the dormers.

It doesn't take a genius to realize that roof shingles should run in a straight line. For some reason Jeff Creef did not run his shingles in a straight line, nor did he nail them down properly.

Within a few months of Jeff Creef installing the shingles they started to blow off. Thirty mile per hour wind should not blow shingles off of a house.

Jeff Creef refused to fix the improperly installed and missing shingles without further compensation. He claimed that it was not his fault because, "his guys did it".

Any person in business who has employees is responsible for his or her employees when dealing with consumers. I guess nobody ever told Jeff Creef that.
