Faulty shingles

I put on certainteed shingles in 2000 on my house and in 2001 on my garage. The shingles are rotten, curled up, and the granules gone. I contacted the claimes department and sent in pictures and a shingle sample. I received a check for $560. I feel that is poor integrity for a 25 year shingle to have, not to mention the integrity of your company. I have to put new shingles on soon and will cost over $6000 and I believe a more fair cost would be $3500. I would like to know what your company plans on doing to make this more fair. I need to move soon on this project as I don't want my roof to leak. Thanks Rich.
