Faulty Product

My fiance ordered four of lamps costing $44.99 from Target.com because they would go well with our bedroom and living room sets. Today we got them in the mail and we promptly opened the boxes and tested them. All four have shorted out wiring in the cord! You have to angle it in a preposterous way in order for the light to work. Good job Target. I personally rarely shop at that store and this gives me a better reason why not to. It's sad when Kmart/Walmart has better quality than you do and cheaper to boot.

He's going to call the customer service tomorrow and see if we can get a refund because $200 is too much for something of crap quality.
