This guy claims to know every trade but he is not skilled at any trade. Hertford

Mr. Creef and I agreed on a price for him to paint my barn. He said that he would replace any rotten wood around the windows and doors before he painted them. He replaced nothing. He didn't even scrape the chiped paint off or make any attempt to smooth out the surface. He just painted over everything, mildew, dirt and all.

I paid him one half of the agreed amount up front and told him he would get the remainder after he finished. He called me and said that he finished the job so I left work early to look at it. I told him I was unsatisfied and he did not to what he said he would. I had to return to work and he said he would fix everything.

An hour later I got a call from my wife who had just returned home. She said that Jeff Creef was yelling at her and demanding that she go to the bank and get the rest of the money. She got the money because she was affraid for what he might do to her. She was terrified and was still shaken up when I returned three hours later.

I can not believe somebody would treat a 63 year old woman that way not to mention an honest and fair man like myself. Perhaps I was wrong for not getting a written contract but I knew that he was a member of our church and I was told that he was looking for work. My mistake.

God help this man.
