"Our comfort is their commitment"! Twittle De and Twittle Dunb after seven months still hasn't working

Airconditoner heat pump was recomended by Custom Climate Concepts for our home. Promised us a $1500 rebate on income taxes. Not!!!
It was installed September 14. Twittle De and Twittle Dumb installed it and 20 fixes on it latter, I am setting here on a Saturday again with out air condtioning. Most of the time it has stopped working on the weeked.."Wait for repairs on Monday".
My health requires cool air. That means I have to stay in bed room with a room airconditioner until they show up to try to fix it again.
I am requesting a new airconditioner heat pump that we can count on... What can we do???
