Confirmation of order - CUSTOMER SERVICE

I never received an e-mail confirmation of my order. I do not have yet a big complaint but I am trying to find out when to expect delivery. I believe i spent 12.95 in shipping and I believe order should have arrived. My complaint is that I can not seem to reach anyone that will confirm my order.
