Ordered part next day paid extra where's my part

Requested component from Pep Boys on Wednesday taken care of following day shipping. Was advised it'd maintain by 3 G M. Visited shop at4:45 G M. Was advised it'd maintain by 6 G M. Returned to shop on Friday at 8:30 A M was informed that components requested Past 3 G M get 2 times. Why was I informed after 3 G M on Wednesday. I have a scheduled appointment with my technician at 11 A M today. I paid additional for following day shipping exactly what a laugh... I am not angry in the worker the organization must train them there plan...
