Poor customer service

I bought a room bureau and futon from Price City Furnishings in August. Per month later I began having difficulty with both furniture pieces. Because, I paid additional for fix, I approached the Falls Church, Virginia shop and advised them this 1 of drawers within the bureau wouldn't start and also the futon took and that I was having difficulty starting and shutting the body. The woman made me a scheduled appointment, but no body actually named to verify. I extended to telephone, but was informed to call-back every time. Lastly, in December somebody named me back and offered me a scheduled appointment for Jan 13 09. The guy who came was excellent and set the split within the futon, but got my cabinet back again to store since the wooden club was bigger than the slider. After fourteen days, I named the Virginia store to discover the standing of my cabinet and was informed to get hold of the Brand New Carroltton, MD shop. I named the doctor shop and requested about my cabinet and informed to call-back to consult with the one who schedules repairs, that we did. It became obvious the woman who arrangement doesn't work-in the day or early morning. After I eventually talked with somebody fourteen days before, I had been informed my drawer was prepared and that I might come get the drawer, I described that I work-in Virginia also it will be a little problematic for me to get the drawer. Because, I'd be off the next Friday, I questioned easily might plan a shipping on 6 Feb 09. I had been told somebody might call me back again to verify, but I never obtained that telephone call. Because 16 Feb 09 was a vacation, I thought I'd proceed and get my cabinet in the New Carrolton shop, and so I continued their site to obtain the telephone number. Although I had been on the site I visited the hyperlink for futonis and observed the body I've wasn't built properly. I named the shop and questioned easily might come get my cabinet, since I have named earlier within the week and was informed it had been prepared. I had been positioned on store and later informed that I really could not since the woman who arrangement wasn't there and wouldn't maintain till tomorrow and also to contact her tomorrow at 3:00pm. I requested the woman why I really could not come and get the cabinet because it was prepared and that I was positioned on store again and informed that I had a need to talk to somebody tomorrow at 3:00.

To calm myself I got the futon off the frame to check on if it'd be problematic for me to switch the underside frame and use it properly, therefore the futon might quit moving of the body. I realized that some screws were attached in utilizing cleaners; some washers on the top; some about the base plus some screws didn't have washers whatsoever. Today I realize why it's so difficult to come back the body in a resting place since the back mind body is most likely on backwards. Therefore, today I've to hold back till tomorrow to determine when of course if I will get my cabinet.
