If you like to work from home for minimum wage, yes, Alpine Access is the place. Expect nice co-workers and minimally trained supervisors and coaches who cannot help you with your questions or problems.

Besides that, expect technology problems GALORE. Furthermore, expect to pay for background check, different phones and headsets. Router, and other electronic hardware depending on which program you are working on. Oh, don't forget, if technology failed, expect no pay (even if it is their problems).

In the contract, you will see that they talk about tech pay and how to get paid if their deployed computer or their connectivity go down. Trust me, they will short change you and you will expect to wait at least several months before they pay you. If at all. If you contact management to resolve the issues, expect to be ignored. They do not answer calls or emails.

Worse of all, if you expect pay-increase, forget it. Their metrics is set so that you will never meet it. Furthermore, they will come out with employee survey (probably made-up) saying that employees prefer wage increase to paid-time-off, so no more paid-time-off for anyone. You can take time off but they won't pay for it.instead, they will increase your wage by several cents per paycheck.
