Unfair practices, wages, management

I have been employed at a RubyTuesdays in PA for over 3 years, and in my time being here this company has shown how dirty and unfair it is to its employees. I am not just a regular worker who comes to work and bull$hit on the job, but I am a hardworker. There are several problems with the restaurant.
Wage - The back of the house dishwashers and salad bar attendants are paid about $8-$8.50 (which is fair considering the fact minimum wage is $7.25 in PA), but here is where it's messed up. You have to do BOTH jobs for a single wage! I understand companies need to save money during the recession, but doing two different jobs ALL DAY WITH NO BREAKS for a meager $8-$8.50 an hour is unbearable. The managers expect that one person should be able to do both jobs regardless of how busy it is, and its worse that they see you struggling to do it, and get mad at you if you ask them for help, or can't perform the job well.
Management also force employees to quit by making working there unbearable. Unstead of firing bad or okay employess they reduce their hours so low that you can't make a living and have to leave. They do this so that instead of firing you (and having to pay out unemployment) they make you miserable to the point of quitting.
The nasty practices that go on there is (1) servers eating food off your plate with their dirty fingers, (2) dropping food and putting it back on the plate, (3) or dropping food on the floor and still serving it out to customers as one manager said before "the check was running long and the food needed to go out" They serve floor food and send it to you just becasue the check time was running long?
This is a company that needs to be avoided at all costs, and anyone looking for employment should avoid it unless that like being treated like dirt.
