Cant get paid! Promises broken, paying employees less than minumum wage, discrimination

I have been an employee of this company in a management position for several years and am finally fed up with all the lies and broken promises. Employees struggle to make ends meet, and fight over money they have coming to them. Customer issues don't get resolved, vendors dont get paid and the reputation of this company has alienated the market around us. Other dealers wont even deal with us! Every time I get paid my check is wrong, and I get looked down on or even punished just for trying to get what is owed me.
Every car has a $599 dealer fee that is profit off of the top, the employees see none of this! My pay plan has changed without me being told and the more money I make the more they take. Some empolyees are working 9-7 six days a week and sometimes on Sundays for a base pay of $1200 a month, far below minimum wage! They have also been known to let employees work only for their crappy free insurance plan and not pay them comission or an hourly wage! I have all this documented.
