Employee Hiring Scam

Do not apply to this company or accept a job offer. They have open houses for temp to perm positions and hire several people at once. They tell you they provide two weeks of paid training at $11 an hour, but the first day is only minimum wage.

They put you to work the first day (for min. Wage) recruiting real estate agents incities where they need more agents. Then, the next day (when your wage is supposed to increase), they fire you for no good reason. I got some lame excuse that my navigation skills were not up to their speed requirements, as if I'm too stupid for them.

I have plenty of computer database experience and amazing references. Two other people hired with me disappeared also. They suddenly tell you that you need to leave and escort you out so that you cannot speak to the other employees. They also train their employees to lie to their clients. All I can say, is they did me a favor. Who wants to work for a company like this?
