Optimus Heater
Return policy sucks

Bought a Optimus heater in Oct. 09 from WalMart, it rotates making the "produced in china" device electrical wire split. I attempted to get back in march 010 but Walmart stated they'll not get back since I did not possess the instructions. Exactly what does a have that's therefore useful to WalMart or even the produce? Device CAn't be set since it is shaped plastic and can not be taken aside. Do not purchase one of these simple models they're inexpensive and Walmarts return policy hurts.
