Terrible customer service

Yesturday i went to walmart in the wireless section part of the store i purchased the lg optimus q for 180 dollars. I also purchashed the lg optimus one in familymobile it took 4 hours to get the whole thing complete but when i got home from a 20 minute car ride i soon figured out i had to go back because for the lg optimus one phone they did not give me a temorary number to use and with the lg optimus q they did not scan the data card correctly so i could not use the activation packet that they told me to do. I called the hotline number they gave us and they said we had to go back to the store or go to the fax machine which i do not have. I had the worst customer service i have ever had and today after the day i have purchased the lg optimus q i have not been able to use it at all and i only have 14 days till i can get my money back i will never purchase from walmart straight talk again.
