Jeff smith scam artist! Looking for child care for his twin girls!

I placed on add on craiglist for new daycare opening. This Dr. Jeffery Smith replied to it. He stated he was a single father of twin girls age 2. His wife died bout sometime time ago and he was coming to my area from Canda for a 6 week seminar and he couldnt leave his girls behind. He needed someone to care for them m-f from 8:30a to 4:30p. He said the cost of watching them wasnt a problem and he would pay in full when he arrived. He also stated he contacted a local store to have toys delievered to us for the girls while there were in our care. We only talked thru the emails never over phone. He also states that his girls are potty trained. And that he has a apartment to stay in while he is here and he would get us that infomation to that when he drops girls off.
