Soliciting babysitting for twins online

I received an email from a Dr. Harrison Smith asking for babysitting services for his twins, saying he had just lost his wife and couldn't leave his babies in Canada while he was going to be in my area for a seminar. The typing contained a lot of errors - mainly in capitalization, but it made me suspicious, plus the tone of the email didn't seem right either. So I Googled the name, and found the scam reports. I stopped there, but just wanted to let everyone know that he's still trying the same routine.
