Jerryann, nicole, amanda, are staff employes working for milestone mgt these apt complex does a real poor job of mantaining there propery and the office staff is terrible with the residents all the time

I just wanted the general public to be aware that the villas @cave creek in phoenix az are a terrible place to live and the staff is extremly rude and disrespectful they don't care for residents of color or give a care about the residents nor there work orders ive lived here for 2 an half yrs and i cant take it anymore the propery has dog poo everywhere, vacant and abanded car's all over, as well as roach invested and black mold in most of the apts here, an the maintenance and leasing staff are a big joke and no security for this extra extra lg complex and we often have to go days and some times weeks without hot water i tryed to contact mgt on several ocassions with no response because they are out of state and they never do anythang to help the residents in conclusion dont waste your time appling for a apt at villas of cave creek you will regret it take my word.
