Verbal abuse, resident physical abuse, blatent disregard for employees ripoff

I have on many occasions had to deal with supervisors that are verbally abusive to the employees' in the work place. Subjects have been brought up in listening range of residents and familey members that were not appropriate. Employees' were made to work 16-24 hr. Shifts without consent.

Residents have been forced to do things that were against there resident's rights. Empolyees' have had direct contact with residents with highly contagious sicknesses without being aware of whom caries the illnesses upon omission from the nurseing staff, or what cares needed to be taken around specific residents.

Proper care utensils are not in there proper places, aids have to search and find them, thus taking time away that is needed for one on one contact with the residents. Nurses have not taken proper procedures that could have prevented injury.
