Beware do not send your family to this facility. They are falsely advertising services that are not being obtained by the residents residing in the facility. Also staff are not properly trained for colostomy care residents. Thus allowing residents to reak of feces bags that over flow. Residents are abandoned in their neighbor hoods while staff on the noc shift sleep or visit each others in the
next neighborhood. Residents are observed with unreported bruises from unreported falls. And also residents families are told to cough up extra cash to obtain a 1-1 ratio for residents in memory care that frequently arise from bed during the night. Stealling from these families as the company retains an $8.00 fee from the $18.00 they are charging the family. Transportaion to medical appointments was promised, but medical appointments are often missed due to no available transportation. Residents are lied to and expectations are not ment. The few quality CNA's they have are out looking for other jobs as the company has placed all staff on partime status and taken away their medical benefits. Management rewards staff for bad behavior and does not acknowledge the contributions that quality staff have made for the company. This facility should be shut down. They have only been opened since september. And already it has a reputation as one of the worst facilities in monterey county ca.
