Horrible maintenance, frequent water shutoffs, pathetic cutomer service: JUST AVOID LIVING HERE!

I have been a resident at Avalon Villas Apartment complex (formerly known as Lions Head) for 1.5 years. The management changed a couple fo months back and since then there has been no end to the resident's troubles:

- Water shuttoff: 8 times during the last 30 days, for the whole DAY... Mostly without notice. Residents were left hanging outside/running to walmart for water cans for their kids!

- Horrible maintenance - A friend who was locked out of his only restroom was lectured on "safety" practices with no effort to have his problem fixed. My roof was leaked and it took them a couple of weeks to get it fixed. The water damage signs on my ceiling have still not been removed after 2 months!

- Ripping off ex-residents - Another friend was leaving the apartment, and he was sent in an exorbitant bill for soem minor damage.

This apartment is a RIPOFF! Come and live at your own peril!
