I named this shop to ask about a set of sneakers in my own size. They suggested the dimension I had been thinking about wasn't obtainable in their area. After I questioned them to contact another area to determine when the dimension was accessible elsewhere, the individual I talked with stated "We usually do not do this available product". Unsure why, since actually for sale, the sneakers were over $100. But I guess for Barneys, that "insignificant quantity" isn't worth their period? Anyhow, the worker I talked with required my title and quantity and guaranteed to contact me back. She never named, I called two nights later and he or she stated, "Yes, used to donot examine". Pardon me? No apology. Therefore, I published a email to Barneys detailing my poor experience. No reply. Not just one to stop quickly, I published another email. All over again, no reaction. Horrible, particularly being that they are situated as a result a "high end" luxury store.
