Thief's, Disgusting Customer Service, Liars, Crooks! Beware!

I placed and order with this company on the 11th of Feb. A few days later unknown to me or any of their other customers, Chinese New Year started, and they were closed.instead of the company having a notice posted on their website informing that there would be no shipments going out for the next 15 days they lead me to think that my order was being processed and then of course shipped. It wasn't until I checked the status almost 7 days later I found out it had in fact NEVER shipped, yet they had my payment of $25.72 USD. When I contacted the company to inquire about my shipment I was sent a nasty reply stating it was their Chinese New Year and I could wait until it was over to get the item shipped out OR they'd give a full refund. Well neither was done and the Chinese New Year last for a total of 15 days! Did this company NOT think it right to inform of this CLOSURE period to prospective customers? I still have not as of March 6th received the item I ordered. I finally asked for a refund from Paypal about 5 days ago. I will NEVER again do business with this company and I will make it my business to inform others of their poor customer service skills and lack of communication!
