Hacnmod.com store terrible customer service, failure to ship goods

I ordered some products from this website's store, and paid with paypal. The price of the goods and shipping is good, but the service from the company was terrible. After 7 days of waiting with no contact from the company i emailed them for some information on my order. (on 2/10)

The only information i had recieved before this time was the order confirmation from paypal. When i emailed the company to ask if my order had been shipped i was told yes it had. They said it may take up to 14 days for my shipment to arrive, because they had to have it shipped from overseas (which was not noted anywhere on the website). So i decided to wait a few more days because of customs and what-not that might have made it take longer.

On 2/19 i emailed them again because i had still not recieved my package or gotten any other correspondence from the company. (16 days later) i asked them for a tracking number so i could see where the package was or if it had even shipped yet. The company told me "Typically we don't track orders but I believe we do have a tracking number for your shipment. There is a week long holiday on Hong Kong right now so your order will be delayed. If you contact us again in a week, I'll have a tracking number for you."

I was told that the package had shipped on 2/3, but the company doesnt have any information for me because of the chinese new year, and that it would be another week (2/27) before they could get me a tracking number. (chinese new year was on 2/14 this year) so i would have to wait 24 days after i was told the order had shipped to even recieve a tracking number to see where my package was.

Paypal deducted the payment from my account on 2/4, so the company isnt too worried about whether or not i ever get my products.
