Don't buy from them

Don't buy from these people. This company has a very poor business model, poor resources and clearly does not care about the consumer... Very poorly run and mnaged.

I ordered product from them 5 weeks ago, was told I'd have it in two. I was never notified, no communication, nothing concerning my order (fact is, according to them, it was back ordered. They just didn't let me know).

To get them on the phone is a 30 minute hold time (three times now). They could not even verify status of order once I did get them and could only submit a 'order cancellation request' I was told I'd have acknowledgement concerning the 'request' in 2 days tops... Five days later... No response (of course)... Called again... They did cancel my order, but decided not to refund my money. Now they can only forward my request for a refund to a manager to 'review'. I am told they will get back to me in the next few days (I seriously doubt that will be the case)

Currently the item I purchased is now the marquis item on the website I purchased from. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! There is a good chance their stock levels are misrepresented or that you'll have some type of trouble with your order... These people are the reason why folks fear ordering on the internet.
