Rude service

Do not bother to pay for the costly lease below. Besides from Steve, Rowena and also the folks from preservation everyone is extremely rude. They simply do not care the way you experience residing in the building, we've been living below to get a little less than twelve months. I forgot my key nowadays and that I requested the assistant within the reception to obtain the backup to obtain inside my condo and also the assistant within the reception (Scott) stated "No, I actually donot understand should you reside below as well as your title isn't using the PC". He's observed me each day!!! And he was so rude and unpleasant... Significantly, the moment the rent stops I'm from here. Should you wanna stay someplace close to the city, try another thing! That is significantly the final straw. I've been screamed at by protection while they created my dad delay within the reception when he's a prostate situation and seriously required to make the journey to the apartment., bothered by drunk tenants, missing energy for 4 times and needed to be set up in a resort, and in the end this I can not obtain a key to my condo. It's a disgrace the several great workers of the Downtown need to use those that provide me to publishing this review.
