They suck, crappy service, morons, teaves, aholes... They sell a pre paid phone, jack up the bill themselves, turn you into some clueless kid in india to 'assist' you... Horrible, horrible ripoff

Got a $25 tmobile prepaid phone, used less than ten minutes, and three days later got a message saying i am out of money. On their website they provide a customer service phone number as a 'free 877...' number AND THEY CHARGE ME FOR THAT HANGING UP TWICE ON ME... Spent another two hours with incompetent customer service, twice they end the session, and the last person could not figure out what is happeneing but she refunded me $10 for no reason and also told me 'there is no way for me to get a full refund' - people should be warned about this scam
