Tv dvd bonanza Paid $131.00 for homemade pirated movies playback was of zero quality some did not play at all, Trying to get a refund but still no one has contacted me as of yet, there add say 100% refund it's a scam

Tvdvdoutlet is nothing but a scam to steal your money, they say there is 100% refunds but only say this to get you confidence to by there junky, DVD's. They are homemade in China and are not of any quality at all. Out of 38 disk half do not play at all, the rest are barely viewable like watching a worn out VHS copy 10 years old. After numerious emails for a refund I still have not recieved one email from the thieves that took my cash. Please do not waste your money on these thieves.
