Ordered DVD's as Xmas gifts. Wasn't satisfied with the quality (badly burned DVD's with homemade labels on cases). Returned them well within the 30-day money back guarantee they advertised on the website. Sent several emails and their customer support manager Gordon Kennedy emailed me to say refund had been mailed out on Jan 17. Still waiting for my refund. Company is no longer responding to my emails.
What a scam! These guys need to be stopped!
