Television dubbed disks

Totally false advertising. Smooth, American-perfect website promises top-grade picture quality, uncut shows in complete order, fully guaranteed. What you get are television dubbed collections which are no better quality than something you'd tape yourself. They are not 'uncut' as claimed, cos of commercials, not all disks play, some of the disks I got were of another set altogether. They have TV logos in the screen image. Pictures are mediocre to bad.
Now, they've been going back and forth with me for 6 months trying to help so the communication isn't bad but they don't really read the complaints before answering. Also, everything comes from China so it takes forever. They sent me another customer's order when trying to replace my crappy one and then they sent me the exact same crappy set again the second time. Now they are offering a refund but I have to send the whole lot back to CHINA. Which will cos a ton of money. And now I find their website has vanished.
Not sure how to proceed but definite that no one else should get involved with this.
