Exchange & Refund Claim a Lie. No response to emails

I ordered some DVD's through TV DVD Outlet and was very excited when a package arrived. I thought it was strange when I saw that it was from China and that the name on the package said Mr Liu Xing. It was something completely different to what I had ordered.
I have made numerous attempts to contact TV DVD Outlet via email and via their website - and yes, I checked my junk mail box. All to no avail.
Yes, they have taken my money. No they have not responded to my email, and as such have not offered a refund or exchange.
The website appears to contain misleading and deceptive information.
It is extremely disappointing. I would recommend finding your DVDs elsewhere.
