I sent a payoff for my macys account on march 22nd. I cleared April 1st and was never credited to my account. I have called numerous times about what I need to do to get this handled and the representatives are rude, unwilling to help and tell me to fax in my info there is nothing else they can do for me. I have faxed info twice to 2 numbers. Emailed the credit services which tell me I dont have an active account (which I do) so they tell me they cannot help me. It is now May 28th and still no one is willing to help me or credit my account. I have proof of the check and the clearing. Why wont anyone correct this issue? I was responsible and took care of the payoff, why cant the other end do their job or correct there issue.
