Free satellite dish installation promised, then store denied saying so

Bought a satellite dish, salesman tells you they will install it for free. They say they will call 24 to 48 hours to set up appt. They never call and when you call them they tell you that they never said that and you have the pay them 100.00 to have someone install it. They suck!!!
