Business dishonest ripoffs tricked and lied to us

After ordering ink for various HP model printers, six months ago I purchased over $5,000 work of ink cartridges, regular and MICR, and toners and drums. Because they were shipped to a different regional office, I discovered later that they had only shipped 50% of the order.

I also discovered after doing a price comparison with Office Depot, that in addition to only shipping half my order, they had doubled all prices discussed over the phone so that I was paying over 200% the market price of these items.

After two months I attempted to contact the origional sales person to discover he had been fired for aggressive sales tactics. I only recall his name beginning with a "B". I now speak with a Donna, who tried to resell me the 1/2 order that had not been shipped. I have spoken with many people in the office about my ordeal, and none of them have responded in the last three months. I feel like I have been ripoffed for over $2,500.
