Over priced toner & falsifying orde

We were first contacted with a promise of competitive prices on office supplies, such as toners and printer cartridges. Once the items we had ordered were received, each item had at least a 30 to 40% higher price than what we normally pay. When we complained, we were told that the price is locked and they cannot give a refund other than credit toward their other overpriced
items.

We reluctantly paid for these items and sternly ordered that we do not wish to do business with IDC Servco or their distributors. This incident occurred in May and today, August 21, we received a c all from the IDC Servco distributor confirming that the order has been shipped.

We do not have any record or purchase order but the representative insist that an order was made.

We sent off another correspondence to the IDC Servco office ordering that we do not do business with them or their distributors.

Previously, IDC Servco asserted that they cannot be held responsible for their distributors actions but it is the IDC Servco's responsibility to deal with reputable distributors, as long as the IDC Servco is acting on behalf of the distributors to act as an account receivable agent.
