Complete scam and product is beyond used and defected

I like many others ordered a product through Ace Laser Printer. I NEVER received anything from this company called Ace Laser Printers except broken and unusable ink cartridges. I did not know anything about them until all of a sudden there is a invoice for double the amount quoted and broken and defected products. There is no way to call this company and after several emails, I finally got a response from them saying that they sent me instructions on how to cancel and until they receive the notice to cancel our orders would still be shipped or delivered.

That being said, they flat out refused to cancel my order claiming they would ship the orders and then if you contact us after you receive it, you must call to get a return authorization #, pay for shipping, and be subject to a restocking fee.

It's pretty clear that if a customer wants to cancel an order for non-working and defected product, there's no sense of shipping an order to the customer just for them to turn around and send it back... Unless there's something to gain from doing that.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Credit Bureau and the Orange Chamber of Commerce, and am waiting for a resolution. I am not considering ordering from them again as I will not support a company that does business with my company or the public in general like this.
