Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing tricked and lied to us ripoff thieves ripoff waste of time and scammed screwed others too

This company used my credit card number to take 79.95 out of my checking account. I had signed up for a free credit report only to find out after appling charges would apply after 30 days.

After a long search i found and called there phone number and cancelled the same day i applied. They cancelled my account and said i would not be charged any fees and even apologized for any inconvenience!

I called them back very upset that they had charged my credit card 30 days after my cancellation. I had never tried to go on there sight or used there services in any way, nor would i have been able because i had no service through them.

The tele rep. Irene said that there was no record of my call 30 days prior! They didn't document my cancellation, but they had for a reason she did not know put a stop on sending me a conformation letter or any type of code would able me to use there service. What is up with that?

Now hopefully i am really cancelled, but i have yet to receive any type of refund.
