CIC Credit Monitoring Service
Ripoff - Unauthorized Charges to my account

I went online to get a free credit report and in order to receive it had to sign up for a credit monitoring service through CIC. After getting my credit report, I cancelled the service 3 days later (long before the 30 day trial period was up). I got an e-mail confirmation on the cancellation from CIC. Yet, 2 weeks after that, I was charged $79.95! This company is a total scam! I tried calling the 800# that is listed on the charge, and of course it's always busy and I can't get through. Now I have to try and get my bank to credit back this money that was taken out of my account. Beware, don't fall into this trap, it's a scam from the get-go!
