Wants me to pay $897.00 without a written binding contract from me that they send to me agrreeing to payment plan

Dear complaint:
I written Mailbox Magazines and called them several times cancelling my order. I've been cancelling since the day they called me but they would not let me and insist that I pay $897.00 to them. They want me to continue paying every month for 16 months at the amount of $59.80 when since the beginning I do not want the magazines anymore since they called. They keep sending me the magazines I told them on the phone I will return the magazines and do not send me anymore cause I want to cancel since I do not have a written agreement to them. I have proof that I do not have a written agreement to them because they send me an agreement saying that I agree to their terms but I did not send it. On the phone they keep telling me that once I send back that piece of paper or agreement I have to abide to their terms but if I do not send it I can not get what i want. Since I received the letter or the agreement about a free watch it said in there that I agree to to all their terms and aknowledged that I must participate in their program. Since I did not send it to them the written agreement means I have a right to canceland not allowing them to terms of agreement. Yet, Mailbox Magazines keep insisting that I have an agreement with them. Please help me on these. I have no job as of right now that is why I keep insisting to cancel it and plus I am a person with seizure that trying to survive in society right now by taking medicine. When they called I just woke up to take my seizure medicine that they already recorded what I said that I am not fully aware what is going on. It takes me couple of minutes to regain what is going on. That is why one hour later or earlier I keep contacting them to cancel buy they would not let me anymore.
