Customer service is impossible to deal with. They are condescending, rude, and they hang up on people. I was told by someone in the corporate office that they have had many complaints. They do try and alienate their customers. Their attitudes are disgusting. They incur unnecessary charges. They reimbursed me about ten dollars, when they owed me about 100. I went without service for three months, and they charged me for those months.initially, they blamed my inside line on the service problem. Three months later, they came out. The repairman did nothing inside. I had already had two maintenance people look at the inside line and could find nothing wrong. The cable was never changed, so it was not my responsibility, it was theirs. An at and t person came out, and said it was newtalks line that was bad, and I believe that new talk does not want to pay at and t service them so they waited, and they used my monthly payments to pay for at and t's service charge, so that is crooked. I needed the line, desperately, for a relatives health problems. I am going to the BBB as soon as I get cable installed. They need to do something about the customer service. This is the single worst cs I have ever encountered.
