This newspapers bills for 4 weeks in advance.
I was on the phone all morning with their "customer service reps" from India. Each time I spoke with one of them I was told that I would receive the paper in one hour. BULLSHIT!!! They gave me the excuse that it was the weather, but it was only raining lightly this morning.
There is no way to cancel the subscription on line or by phone. I guess in Calcutta they roll up the sidewalks at noon.
I was told to call back tomorrow when the next customer service turds get back on the phone.
Once they get your card number, watch out!!!
These a-holes will not deliver to the newspaper stand.instead you must pay extortion money to have it delivered.
The paper is just not worth being on the phone all morning long, and then finally told to call back tomorrow.
