Papers not delivered

Arranged to have papers held while on vacation with instructions to deliver ALL when back. They delivered one paper during the hold period and only delivered return day's paper. I made three calls to customer service over a five day period and was told each time that a manager would call me back. Three weeks later I haven't been contacted. I am completely disgusted with their lack of consumer service and am contemplating canceling my subscription. Thank you, Jennifer Sullivan.
