Courier Post Customer Service are stupid

I have been trying to login to my online Courier Post account for almost a year but customer service was unable to determine my ID or password until just recently. Then just recently my newspaper began ending up on the lawn, at the neighbors house, in the street or on the pavement, by the way, did I tell you we tip the delivery person $10.00 per quarter? I was told that in order the save money I now get a truck delivery, which means my paper is tossed in the general direction of my residence but if I insisted I can get a home delivery just as I have had in the past in order that I do not cancel my 30 year old subscription. I acceded and then I received a email offering to give me two weeks free delivery for my troubles which I accepted. GUESS WHAT, after all this communications the customer service department canceled my subscription! What a bunch of brainless idiots!!! I have since purchased a subscription to the Inquirer which delivers my paper to the front step and is cheaper then the Courier plus has a great customer service department.
