Clothes are trash and so is the companys policys

Dont buy anything from this company. I ordered a holiday dress, shoes and jacket. They shipped the jacket and shoes but the dress suddenly became back ordered (even though it was on the shipping list that it was coming). I never even looked at the jacket, what good was it without the dress to wear under it? The shoes had jewels on them or should I say they were supposed to. The jewels were laying in the box. I wrapped it up after calling and finding out the dress was now back ordered until January. I am still waiting for a refund from theses clowns. The order does not show as received awaiting a refund either. I guess I am supposed to wait at least a month to six weeks before my refund is even processed! I ordered this dress in October, its December and nothing. They are total ripp offsI will report them to the BBB and please ladies, don't buy there junk.
