They send me the wrong wedding dress and in more delay

I've ordered a wedding dress in january... I' ve paid a rush delivery... The dress was shipped in more delay and the jacket that was included with the dress was wrong... I've send an email to the customer service but they answer me that they don't know nothing about my jacket... I've paid for a dress and a jacket... I just want that they return my money... Karen and debbie are really arrogant... They are thieves... Don't buy from them...
