Special Occasion Dress

On Nov 23, I ordered a special occasion dress. I received the dress on December 17th. I was very disappointed when I opened the pacakge and saw the dress. The dress didn't even look like the picture on website. On their website, the description of the jacket stated "sheer" and jacket was lined in a satin material that did not even match the dress or come close to it. The dress also stated hand beaded dress; none of the beads used were the same color as the dress, and a lot of sequins were used on it. The dress looks like something I could have gotten at a flea market or consignment shop!

I immediately notified Peridress.com about my disappointment. I was told to upload pictures, and the dress would be repaired at my expense. Once I uploaded the pictures, the story changed. My last response I got was: "I am sorry we can't confirm the lining in the dress exactly same as the picture. You also don't note the color of the beads in your order. So, we just sew the beads matched with the dress. We state most the dresses on our website are not the original designers' dresses but the copies, so the dress you will receive may not be 100% exactly the same as the one in the picture in our FAQ. Our dress price is only 1/10 of the original dress, hope you can kindly understand. We will give you refund 5% if you agree."

The amount of the refund didn't cover the price of the beads and sequins on dress. I have not received any responses from latest e-mail I sent. I'm out of several hundred dollars and I'm stuck with a dress I'm disappointed with. The dress is not a custom dress, the color selected is available on their website, and so are the sizes. There is no where on the order that allows you to select the color or beads. If it was a "custom" dress, you could specify everything!
