A San Antonio Scam That Has Hurt Many

David Avalos, owner of Dream Resurfacing has scammed many Texans out of a lot of money. He has been reported to just about every authority within the San Antonio area, yet he continues to roam free and continues to do business.

It has been over a year since Avalos stole over $4000.00 from my husband and I, and I continue to find people who have fallen victim to his scam like us. The total victims we have found to date is quite extensive.

Don't get taken for a ride, check Dream Resurfacing out before you hire Avalos to work on your concrete, pool, house, yard, sprinklers, or any other home repair he claims he can do.

Check with your city, is Avalos licensed to complete the work?

The Texas Attorney General's office has a report a mile long on this guy, I am told by another victim.

Check the Civil records for Bexar, El Paso, and Harris Counties. Mr. Avalos has cases in all three. Check the BBB website for this scam artist, he has numerous complaints.

San Antonio's WOAI did a story on a family scammed by Avalos back in November.

Avalos has a criminal record spanning from El Paso, Houston, Laredo, to San Antonio. He also has too many civil judgements against him, I have lost count.

Avalos' address at 14038 Greenjay, San Antonio, Texas 78217-1217 is a house that is now abandoned. This is just one of the addresses he uses. Avalos likes to take payment for home repairs upfront. Don't pay him!
