False advertising/non-delivery of goods

I requested my smoking assassin on July 3rd and permitted them to sign me-up for extra providers that would be "terminated having a telephone call" when the info on National Discretion plus some additional organization came with my purchase. I named per month later, was placed on countless store 4 times before talking to a repetition. I had been informed the purchase was prepared and sent on 10/13/09 and they might approve cargo of the "alternative" immediately. It's another month later, I've no item, costs arriving for providers not supplied with no reaction about the service-center quantity provided at that time of my initial contact. Perhaps purchases were frustrating... Perhaps they cannot continue... I'm tricked and can't-get an answer in the organization, despite the fact that they charged my consideration within 72 hours of my purchase.

Anyone have any suggestions. These folks must have their organizations yanked. Scam is fraud and also the nation has endure enough theivery for life. Assist me operate and combat cheaters such as this!!!
